About this villa rental
Centrally located villa on the fresh water canal with space for your entire family/group. Swim and cool down in the large screened in private pool. Relax and enjoy the sunset on the private dock or fish off the dock. Enjoy the spacious open concept living area with a gourmet kitchen, bar, and a game room. Easy access to the beaches and attractions.
The 2300 square feet villa is newly renovated and tastefully decorated with all the amenities of a family home. The main living area has an open and airy flow with vanishing sliding doors that open on to the screened lanai and pool area. The gourmet kitchen at the center of the home has granite counters and stainless-steel appliance, and it opens to the spacious family room and game room. The dining room has seating for six with additional seating available on the kitchen counter as well as the nook area.
The master bedroom with on-suite private bathroom is located on a split floor plan with large sliding glass door and private access to the lanai and view of the canal. The on-suite bathroom has double vanities, large shower and whirlpool tub. It is equipped with a king bed, dresser, comfortable bedding, 55" smart TV and a dedicated workspace.
The other 3 bedrooms are on the opposite side of the house with access to a full bathroom. 2 Guest bedrooms are furnished with queen beds and 1 guest bedroom has two twin beds.
The outdoor space boasts a fully screened lanai with a large
pool, conversation seating, an outdoor dining area and a grill.
Free high speed and unlimited Wifi throughout the home.
Laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
All bed linens, bath, pool and kitchen towels included.

This home was a great stay located in the heart of Cape Coral. The home was spacious and perfect for all the kiddos to be free and run around. We had a couple hiccups that were in no way the owners fault. The pool was a perfect addition so that we didn’t have to go to the beach if we felt lazy. The house was stocked with all the essentials and then some. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Owners were very quick to respond when we needed them!

Very clean place to stay. The house came with extra groceries which helped us with things we forgot . Everything was packed with utensils you need in a house. Beach stuff really helps to go to the beach.. We loved the place. Owner assisted us in everything we needed. Super comfortable beds and clean sheets. Enough towels for the family.

There were no reviews on this property so I was a little nervous, but I have to say my expectations were exceeded! The house was just as pictured/advertised and the space is large and beautiful. The pool was wonderful and everyone enjoyed fishing in the canal. I can't say enough about how great, responsive and accommodating the hosts were. There were a few small unforeseen issues and the host was very quick to respond and get them resolved with no disruption to our trip. There were also a lot of items provided that you don't often see in rentals (i.e. pool towels, toiletries, laundry detergent, cooking basics). Our entire family enjoyed the trip and we will definitely stay here again.

I fully recommend the house. Newly renovated. We were the first guests. For a family with two kids it had everything and even more what we needed. We booked the house on a very short notice. Perfect communication with the very helpful owner. Very clean and spacious. Chances of recurrence: 100%
