Location, available facilities, food availability throughout the day. Friendly staff. The caipirinha was really good.

They could move into high feedback scores by making small improvements! They forgot to switch the whirlpool on at the time booked. Then they didn't notify me when it was finally warm. The steam room was not hot. It's only slightly warm. The rice had caterpillars in it. The steak was chewy. The TV stopped working during a World Cup game. The Internet was flaky. They advertised a sauna and a steam room. They only have a steam room.
