We had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making us feel welcome. The hotel is in a perfect location — just a short walk to the beach and close to a fantastic restaurant. The food at the hotel was also excellent, and the breakfast was always fresh and delicious. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommended!

Generous sized room for 2 adults and our teenage daughter - also very happy with the "proper" bed for our daughter i.e. not a sofa bed in terms of size and comfort. Top quality bedding and pillows and our room was spotlessly clean throughout. All staff extremely friendly and helpful from start to finish. Wide variety of options at breakfast and we had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant - very very good. Glad that our room was the "street view" side of the hotel and not the "carpark view" side.
Slight lack of privacy as the shower screen was fluted glass and was directly next to bedroom.
The storage space was fine for our short (4 night) stay but may have been difficult for a longer stay.

Personnel au top, service conciergerie pour réservations sur les plages et restaurants avoisinants. Décoration magnifique.
Petit déjeuner buffet copieux et bon, Literie confirmation, petite attention sur le lit en arrivant très plaisante.
il ne manque qu'une piscine pour être au top du top !!

The facilities are really good and staff really nice as long as everything is on the good side…..
……. but at a 4 star hotel you you don’t expect and should not have to be woken up at 4 am in the morning when there is an emptening of the recycling station just facing your room….. so if you are a light sleeper or don’t want to face the recycling station, maybe try another option……
……. And you don’t expect to have to send all three servings at dinner back to the kitchen, half-finished and with a clear message they were not good, without being asked if there is anything that can be done / offered instead….., and instead only receive a shrug and a “we are sorry”…
Finally also small thinks matter during a stay, arguing with staff about thing which have been unclearly presented should not be necessary and provide a bad feeling
Bottom line, Son e Mar has a bit of homework to do to deserve their rating.
