The place is quiet and surrounded by beautiful greenery. The lake view is pleasant, and the reception was warm and welcoming. Overall, the facilities offer good value for money.

It is close to the Expressway, so a small navigation mistake can easily make you drive another 8 kilometers to come back. A larger signpost near the main road would greatly improve directions and accessibility.

The view - amazing view of the lake and the quiet, fresh air. A good place to recharge.Very near Serena Kigo and about 5km from Munyonyo Convention Centre, so this was helpful for my commute. The hotel also offered a paid pick up from the hotel and to these meeting locations.

Too private, if your looking for a loud hotel with too many people, this doesn't work for you.

Wonderful receptionists and very polite security guard. Another positive aspect was the morning ambiance, especially the soothing sound of birds singing, and the Swimming pool was a great experience. We also loved the fact that the owner or manager of the facility took time to talk to us. Very good business ettiquette.

🔵“English breakfast” offered did not resemble a traditional one. 🔵Our dining experience overall could be improved as well. We had dinner on our first evening, and it unfortunately did not go well. The waiting time was quite long. 🔵The payment process was a bit confusing. Despite booking through Booking.com and providing card details in advance, we were asked to pay with the physical card upon arrival. When we explained that we did not have it, the request for passports felt rather abrupt. 🔵Clarifying procedures and ensuring consistency in communication would greatly help guests feel more at ease. That said, the receptionist (outside that interaction) was kind and helpful, and the security guard was very polite, which we appreciated.
