This place is a total GEM! The staff was extraordinarily friendly and responsive to questions and needs. Location of the hotel is excellent. It was very clean and well kept. We had a downstairs room in the back building and it had in-floor heat which was a real treat after a long day in the snow. We were totally impressed with this little hotel. We will certainly stay again on our next trip to Ely.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was very spacious, comfortable, clean, and had a nice table with seats, and a reclining chair to relax in. So much nicer than I expected.

Central location. But seriously this is my fourth stay in Ely in recent years (in different places) and my fourth disappointment. Nothing distinctive, room shabby and bland and price extortionate.
I had booked a larger room. It was poor...large but empty. A queen bed and a small sofa and a table shoved into a corner. Overlooking a busy street. There are better rooms in the building in back.
