Built over 175 years ago and historically registered since 1988. The Anduin House is perfectly located in downtown Fayetteville. Leave your car parked and walk out the side door to get coffee each morning or walk to any one of Fayetteville's restaurants and shops. Within walking distance to local bars and restaurants that feature live music during the summer months! Located next to the New River Gorge National Park, area offers hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing and world-class white-water rafting. The Anduin House is a 2-bedroom home that sleeps up to 8 with off street parking for 5 cars.
