This is a pet friendly facility, so if you are allergic to animals, this is not the property for you.
Now ready to accommodate up to 6 guests with three double rooms, two living rooms,
Love Rural area, so quiet, yet close to historic western town of Roosevelt.
If a guest brings a pet, they must be confined, on a leash if indoors, as I have other indoor animals. Guests are responsible for any cleanup after pet indoors or outdoors.
Due to heavy winters quite often, I would not recommend bringing a pet during the months Nov. through April, unless willing to keep pet in a kennel or garage. while on premises.
Many attractions, such as paranormal SKINWALKER RANCH, Conference to be held on Skinwalker mysteries with top scientists at various times during the year..
Dinasaur Park, Flaming Gorge, historic McConkie Ranch, Dozens of world class biking and hiking trails. Off-road heaven for ATVS, Scenic drives. Spectacular wildlife viewing, Jones' Fish hatchery, Uintah Recreation Centre. Many events and festivals.
Star and deer gazing from back or front porch at night.

Enjoyed our stay. Comfortable and relaxed. Hostess was friendly and helpful. Definitely a farm environment with friendly animals. Semi-private but we felt secure and at home.
