The house was well-equipped with quality furnishings and kitchen appliances. We were especially appreciative of the Liberty cable TV service provided. The property was secured with an electric gate and wall which provided a barrier against both noise and dust from the unpaved road. It was just a short drive to the entry point of our favorite beach, Playa Conchal.
It would have been nice if the fountain outside the house was running, and clean.

Owners were very accomodating and quick with responses and check-in. We traveled with 3 small children and a pregnant wife, so every bit helps. The room was exactly as described and really had all the little things you need on travel - good sized fridge, wifi, kitchen stuff, tv (didn't use much but it's there). The property is also gated, which also really helps with our young ones being able to play outside while parent pack up and unpack for the day...
The road leading to the beach is a bit of an exercise in the hot sun. Not bad for parents but toddlers might get grouchy. The locals seem to drive too fast on that road too, which made us feel a little sketchy and kicked up a lot of road dust, getting into our eyes and lungs. Also, the property is shown to have a bed in the living room, which is comfortable but they didn't seem to have linen for it, so we had to request and it was minimal. Also, I don't believe they had enough towels for our stay.
