La cercanía de Rogelio en la comunicación. Da muchas facilidades para recoger las llaves. Nos encantó el piso. Tiene de todo y está cerca de la playa.

La ubicación, cerca de la playa y cerca de Almería capital y que contará con parking en el propio edificio dentro del precio

Es un bajo y a partir de las 6:30 de la mañana entre semana, era imposible dormir. Se oía golpear la puerta desde la habitación, puesto que estaba cerca de la puerta de entrada del edificio, tb se oía el telefónillo y los perros de los vecinos. En general era ruidoso. Con el tostador no hubo forma de hacerlo funcionar,

Nette Wohnung, Strandnähe, gute Lage zu den umliegenden Wandergebieten. Die Wohnung hatte alles, was man braucht.

Die Schallisolierung zum Treppenhaus ist etwas zu kurz gekommen, was durch die anderen positiven Aspekte jedoch wieder wett gemacht wird.
