The homestay's prime location atop Vivacity Megamall provides guests with convenient access to a variety of shopping and dining options. Another positive aspect is that the owner is easily reachable. This makes communication smooth and convenient, especially if guests need assistance or have any concerns during their stay. Overall, our satisfaction with the cleanliness, amenities, and strategic location of the homestay, making it a favorable choice for travelers seeking convenience and comfort in Kuching.

One of the main inconveniences is the confusing access to the residents' parking lot, which may cause frustration for first-time visitors. Additionally, the drainage system in the toilet is not efficient, leading to water accumulation on the floor. This can make the bathroom feel constantly wet and uncomfortable.

I think this is the best accommodation I get in Kuching. The host is super friendly. He gave very detailed instructions from collecting the keys to the check-out process. He's very fast at responding to our questions. He even messaged me a few days before I arrived at Kuching. The location is superb. Downstairs is a mall where you can grab your essentials and eat. The house is very comfortable and clean. all the necessities are there. My family is very happy to stay here!
