Die Gastgeberin war sehr herzlich und freundlich. Die Einrichtung zweckmäßig und nett eingerichtet. Sogar eine Waschmaschine stand zur Verfügung. Ein Rosenstrauß erwartete uns oben. Die Gegend war ruhig und man hatte ein sicheres Gefühl. Von dort konnte man gut zu Fuß die Altstadt erreichen, es gibt auch Busstation und Einkaufsladen. Auf der anderen Seite zu Fuß auch erreichbar der Strand und ein großes Einkaufscenter.
Statt Backhofen hätten wir lieber Microwelle. Die Wohnung im Dachgeschoss ausgebaut und somit Fenster im unteren Bereich und das Bett oben war über Dachleiter erreichbar und der Gang nach unten war nicht abgesichert mit Griff. Nichts für ältere Menschen. So haben wir auf Aufklappsofa geschlafen, es war OK. Die Gegend ist einfach. Man fühlte sich nicht unwohl. Der PKW-Unterstand war Marke Eigenbau, aber nicht unsicher.

Sehr bemühte und nette Vermieterin. Sehr gute Übereinstimmung zwischen den Bildern auf Booking und der Realität. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gratis Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Klimaanlage funktioniert gut.
Das Gebäude ist relativ heruntergekommen, optisch alles nicht mehr ganz frisch (Treppenhaus, Parkplatz, Vorgarten, Nachbarhäuser, ...), die Wohnung selbst ist aber völlig in Ordnung. Für den Aufstieg in die Galerie wo das Bett steht sollte man körperlich fit sein :)
