Located on a bird watching trail and adjacent exhibition horse riding, hotels and the Atitlán Nature Reserve, with eye-catching trails, suspension bridges, and a waterfall. Three types of Cables, X-Treme, Ultra and Bike cables, Geodome Butterfly Garden and the Bahía Inn Hotel has a private beach, swimming pool, Jet Ski, Kayak and Water Bikes rental in waterfront of the beautiful Lake Atitlán, in Panajachel, Sololá, Guatemala. We also have a Solar heater for hot water at Casa BuenAventura.

This is a wonderful cottage! It was very close to where the rest of our family was staying at Hotel Atitlan so we could walk back-and-forth easily. The amenities were perfect and communication with Richard was wonderful, especially after I figured out how to use WhatsApp. I would recommend this to anyone going to Lake Atitlan!!

The house was really spacious, charming, and very clean. The host was fantastic—super responsive and helpful throughout. The only reason I’m not giving a full 5 stars is due to the location being a bit misleading. One of my main priorities when booking accommodation at Lake Atitlán was to have a direct lake view, and the map/photos suggest the property is right by the lake, which isn’t quite the case. That said, everything else was perfect, and I would highly recommend the property.

Our stay here was excellent. The owner communicated with us days before check in and recommended various places to visit near the house. He kept in contact with us, making sure we were okay and if we needed his help. Wonderful customer service. The house is beautiful and secluded for privacy, yet very close to major establishments and activities.
