About this house rental

Luxurious and spacious house located in White Oaks, London, Ontario close to 401 Hwy, White Oaks Mall and a short drive to downtown.

THE SPACE
LIVING:- You will love this place because of beautiful upper level open concept living space with comfortable couch, 75" SMART TV and lower level living space with sectional, 85” SMART TV, X Box One, 2 controllers and a fireplace.

KITCHEN:- Kitchen is equipped with Kerug machine with milk-frother for coffee/tea, microwave and a complete set of cookware.

BEDROOMS:- House has 3 bedrooms including 1 king and 2 queen beds with high quality comfortable mattresses. Single mattress available for an additional guest.

BATHROOMS:- The house features 2 stunning bathrooms. One with white Oval shaped freestanding bathtub and stress-busting blue lighting.
Second one with LED rainfall shower, temperature projecting display and 5 function faucet.

OFFICE:- There is a dedicated workspace with high speed WIFI perfect for work from home.

PARKING:- There is 2 CAR parking available at the property driveway. Please do not park on the ODD side of the street including unloading of goods.

EVENTS AND PARTIES:- Please note, any kind of events and parties are NOT allowed.

NOISE:- Please keep the noise down and be respectful to the neighbours.

OCCUPANCY:- Number of occupants must be stated at the time of booking or updated anytime a new occupant(s) enters the premises. No additional friends or guests are to enter the property or use its facilities without permission. All occupants are the sole responsibility of the Guest. Should it be determined that unaccounted occupants entered the property the reservation will be cancelled immediately and all occupants will be escorted off the property, without refund.

HOLD HARMLESS:- This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

SURVEILLANCE:- Guest acknowledges the presence of outdoor Security Cameras, should the Guest attempt to tamper with or block camera in any way the reservation will be cancelled immediately, Guest will forfeit the damage deposit and be removed from the property without refund.
"We have three security cameras in the front porch and near garage. One on the side of the house and last one is in the backyard. All cameras are outside the premises and will be ON during your stay for security reasons. Pool is within the coverage area of the device."

SMOKING:- This is a smoke free home; smoking of any kind is NOT permitted on property grounds, in the home or the garage. This property is not feasible for smokers.

HOUSEKEEPING:- There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath
towels are included in the unit; daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
We do not permit towels, or linens to be taken from the units. This includes any personal care, toiletries, laundry detergent and cleaning supplies provided by the host.
The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.

Property was clean and as advertised in a residential neighborhood near shopping, 401 and several useful amenities/restaurants. During our stay (Sept 2025) there was significant construction in the area that made getting to some places a challenge - expect this will be done soon. Pool was as advertised and heated well enough to be very comfortable in early Sept. The cabana beside the pool was well furnished and easily allowed those in and out of the pool to converse easily. Rooms were clean and well apportioned with comfortable bedding and pillows. Both upstairs bedrooms have access to the backyard. Downstairs is a high-tech shower with direct massage jets - very relaxing. Kitchen / living room is very open and a great environment when everyone wants to hang out together (if not in the pool). Large fridge freezer more than big enough to hold everything you need even for a relatively large group. Host was very responsive to questions and given this was a very last minute (day before) booking was quick to respond with last minute questions and clarification. We stayed here with 7 people and the house was able to handle 7 adults quite well. Host was able to add a mattress for the one extra adult which worked well. Overall a great stay

Overall, we had a good stay. The heated pool was lovely, the kitchen and bathrooms were renovated and the house was generally clean. However, the main rooms are quite worn and in need of updating and repair. The kitchen supplies were minimal and we ended up purchasing a number of items that were needed.

We stayed for a weekend getaway and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, and the heated pool. The property owner is wonderful and communicative. We will be back!

The home was sufficient in terms of the number of rooms and beds. The house was poorly maintained, with broken appliances, drafty windows and doors and a lack of essential supplies, including towels, blankets, a frying pan, paper towels, a strainer, dishcloths, tea towels, a mop, a bucket, and garbage bags. TVs were good with Netflix, etc. There is no shower in the upstairs bathroom, so the house has only one shower. The pool was closed, so we didn't get to use it. Bring a lighter for the BBQ—this location is reasonably convenient to amenities and restaurants. The owner was responsive and kind regarding my complaints.
