The Pomme Cannelle apartment is a beautiful three-room duplex measuring 120 m² (90 m² + 30 m² terrace) with a garden in a private residence, located 300 meters from Anse-à-l'Âne Beach in Les Trois Ilets.
From the living room terrace and the master bedroom terrace, enjoy a beautiful view of the sea and Râmier Islet.
On the first floor is a very well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stovetop, full-size refrigerator with ice maker, standard coffee maker and Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle, juicer…), which opens onto the 45-square-meter living room/TV area (smart TV with access to Netflix and other streaming services), a beautiful terrace with outdoor furniture, and a separate half-bath.
For music lovers, there’s a piano in the living room.
Upstairs, you’ll find two spacious bedrooms (one with a terrace and ocean view) and two bathrooms (one with a bathtub and washing machine, and the other with a shower).
Just a 300-meter walk from the apartment, head to Anse-à-l’Ane Beach or take the ferry to Fort-de-France (a 20-minute ride).
This regular ferry service will allow you to visit the covered market, explore the capital, and visit Fort Saint Louis…
The beach and nearby shops are also very close by (produce stand, bakery, small supermarket, restaurants…)

The first air-conditioned bedroom features a 180 cm double bed (new bedding replaced in December 2022, “Comfort+” mattress), a spacious closet, a smart TV, a terrace with a sea view, and an en suite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, toilet, and washing machine.
The second air-conditioned bedroom features a 160 cm double bed (new bedding replaced in December 2022, Comfort+ mattress) and a spacious closet.
Adjacent to the bedroom is a bathroom with a shower and toilet.
NEARBY
The beach, shops, and restaurants of Anse-à-l’Âne are 300m away. From the beach, there is a regular ferry service to Fort-de-France.
Thanks to its central location, it’s easy to take day trips to the north or south of Martinique. A tree-top adventure course, a horseback riding club, and tennis courts are just a few kilometers away, as well as a golf course, of course.
The beautiful beaches of Le Diamant and Anses d’Arlet are just a short, direct drive away.
