A clean, tidy hotel with spacious rooms and hospitable staff. Nice towels and soap are provided, and there was plentiful hot water when I bathed in the morning. They flagged down the shared taxi for me for my next destination upon leaving. I really liked the location in the much quieter old town north of the busy congested shopping and taxi stand area.
No fault of theirs, but electricity sockets for recharging my mobile phone were functional only after 9 p.m., so I was kindly offered the recharging socket at reception. Personally, I didn't have the problem of no hot water. You just need to ask when it is available, which was 8 p.m. - 8 a.m. while I stayed there.

Value for money and very friendly staff. Very cozy and neat. They were very helpful and service was very good.

1) Room service was great, provided warm drinking water, bed warmer and enough blankets to keep us warm.
2)this is value for money even few things were not working or not provided.
Heater was not provided asit was really cold there
And power backup was not working , we were without light for almost whole night.
Hot water was not provided in bathroom
