Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - w butach narciarskich 5 minut od dolnej stacji wyciągu. Dostępna sauna dla gości - mało uczęszczana więc mieliśmy ją niemal na wyłączność. Łatwo dostępna narciarnia z suszarkami na buty.
Słaby kontakt z operatorem: brak reakcji na zgłaszane prośby o nieodpowiednią ilość nakryć w kuchni (mniej niż liczba zameldowanych gości); brak możliwości samodzielnej regulacji temperatury w mieszkaniu - przez pierwsze 2 dni czuliśmy się jak ciasto w piekarniku. Na zewnątrz lokalu lecz skierowany niemal bezpośrednio w okna był halogen oświetlający wjazd do garażu w innym budynku który bez przerwy się włączał rozświetlając wnętrze nasze sypialni.
