About this house rental
Welcome to Meadow Ridge. This complex is conveniently situated in a quiet neighborhood, just .5 miles from Eagle Lodge for easy access to the ski-slopes, bike park, town bike path, and public transportation (directly outside the complex).
The home offers self-check-in, free parking, Wi-Fi and year-round access to the jacuzzi and sauna. The pool is open Memorial Day thru Labor Day.

About the Space:
This updated, 2-bedroom, 3 bathroom, townhome offers a bright, warm and relaxing space, making it the perfect place to call “home” during your stay. It is a spacious 1230 sq. ft. open floor plan with vaulted ceilings - there is a good-sized living room, dining area and updated kitchen. This property gets beautiful morning and afternoon sunlight through the large windows in the living room and private porch with seating area, making for a serene scenic environment. The living room is equipped with large comfortable couches, forced air heating, and a wood burning fireplace, to keep warm during cold winter months. There is a full bathroom upstairs in the shared living area with walk-in shower. Enjoy cooking a delicious meal in the fully stocked kitchen, with solid stone granite countertops.
Both bedrooms are located on the first floor and all bathrooms have been recently updated. The first bedroom offers a king bed with dressers/closet and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers a queen sized bed with twin bunk over top and also has a dressers and a closet. The third bathroom is located in the hallway downstairs, directly outside the second bedroom, with a tub/shower.
There is a large mud room located by the front door for easy baggage storage, shoes, and/or ski equipment. There is NO laundry in this property and/or onsite.
We provide coffee, coffee filters, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and cooking oil. We also provide all linens and towels, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, soap, lotion, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, dish soap, dish detergent, sponges, trash bags, firewood, fire starter, and matches. Firewood is located on the deck.

Amazing experience. The property was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked and had a lot of dishes and pots to cook. There was no broom inside, so I contacted the host and it was delivered very quickly. The door to the mud room didn't close all the way. When I asked the management, they mentioned it was due too much snow and HOA has to remove the snow. The shuttle stop is right next to the property and it made it easy for us to get around the city. I didn't have to use my car at all. I wish there were better places for kids to sled around the property. We tried a couple of places, but the hills were not high enough or there were so much snow that it was not possible to sled at all.

Great location for skiing. The green line bus stop is just outside the entrance to the condo complex. You could also walk it in 15 mins if you prefer. Unit is clean, modern, and works well for skiing. There are three full baths and two bedrooms. It says it sleeps 6, but we don’t have that many. Recommended.
