La struttura si trova in una posizione strategica sia per raggiungere il centro storico di Bari sia per la stazione dei treni. Inoltre, a due passi, ci sono le fermate degli autobus urbani e tutti i servizi: farmacia, panificio, supermercato e quant' altro. In casa c'è tutto quello che serve, proprio come a casa. Nulla è lasciato al caso. Cucina super fornita di piatti, posate, contenitori, tovaglioli, caffè, tisane. Camere spaziose e luminose. Bagno pulito. Il proprietario gentilissimo e molto disponibile; ha anche accettato che facessimo il check out oltre l'orario, di solito, previsto.

Un depto muy limpio, con todo lo que se puede necesitar, incluyendo algunos alimentos y todo para poder cocinar sin tener que comprar elementos como sal aceite etc. Todo lo que ofrece es la mejor calidad, sea en relación a los alimentos como al departamento (colchones, ropa de cama), elementos de higiene. Tiene un sistema de calefacción/ refrigeración excelente. En pocos minutos toda la propiedad estuvo calefacción ada. Muy seguro, con puerta blindada. Paolo, el propietario, un capo, está atento a ofrecer lo mejor a sus huéspedes. La ubicación, muy buena.
