Friendly staff and good location.
The rooms were not that clean. I found multiple hairs in my bed, and the furniture looked generally worn. This was disappointing given the price and how it positions itself as more luxury.

Staff at the restaurant, Security and housekeeping were very friendly, polite and helpful.overall excellent service

I had a pleasant stay at Pearl Hotel. The location is very convenient, making it easy to get around and explore the area. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better.
The restaurant was also a highlight, the team was very accommodating and happy to prepare custom orders for us. The food was consistently very good, fresh, and full of flavour.
Overall, it was a great experience with both the hotel and its restaurant. A small improvement could be upgrading the bedsheets and sofa to enhance comfort even further.
