Mitten in der Altstadt Genuas, immerhin der größten Europas. Sehr belebter Platz mit schönen Lokalen. Wer also etwas Trubel mag, der ist hier genau richtig! Das spektakuläre Stadttor (Porta Soprana) und die Casa di Colombo sind gleich nebenan, auch die Fußgängerpassage am Dom vorbei zum Hafen. Die Gastgeberin Alessandra war sehr freundlich und nett. Es hat alles sehr gut funktioniert. Auch das Parkhaus war ganz in der Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Mi è piaciuta la posizione, nel pieno centro della movida, a due passi dalla fermata della metro De Ferrari. Mi è piaciuto l' arredamento e il soppalco. C'è l' aria condizionata ed è stata utilissima. A disposizione ci sono l' aspirapolvere, lo stendino, la lavatrice, il ferro da stiro. Lo consiglio vivamente.
Mi è dispiaciuto non avere incontrato la proprietaria. La procedura per il self check in l' abbiamo trovata un po' complicata, anche perché viaggiamo raramente e non siamo soliti utilizzare questo metodo. Forse da migliorare un po' la zona doccia, ma niente di grave.. Il tutto era tutto ordinato, pulito, accessoriato e comodo.

Très bon appartement, bien équipé et bien situé au cœur de la ville. L’hôte est également très agréable😊
L’appartement est juste à côté d’un bar et le bruit n’arrête pas avant 4h du matin, on entend tout car c’est mal isolé. Même avec des bouchons d’oreilles c’est compliqué.

El lugar limpio, céntrico, cocina equipada al igual que el baño.
Es demasiado bullicioso, impossible dormir desde las 20pm hasta las 4am. El sofa cama no apto para dormir. En dos ocasiones durante la noche interrumpieron dos personas distintas para que le abramos la puerta principal del edificio lo que nos provocó incomodidad e inseguridad.
