Ein Urlaub für weniger Ansprüche

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. Bei der Ausstattung wurde sich Mühe gegeben. Das Grundstück ist ausreichend groß und perfekt zum Spielen für Kinder. Wir hatten einen tollen Familienurlaub.

Das Ferienhaus inklusive Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen und abgewohnt. Einige Dinge funktionieren noch, sind aber Reparaturbedürftig (Dusche inklusive Duschwand, Handtuchhalter, ... ). Alles in allem empfanden wir es akzeptabel, jedoch den Preis nicht angemessen, im Vergleich zu anderen Anbietern.

Die Lage war super! Auch die Ausstattung war voll ok! Die Rehe kamen bis vor die Haustür 🤗. Der Supermarkt nebenan war auch toll…..vor allem wegen frischem Gebäck morgens.

Mängel sind vorhanden, trotzdem ein erholsamer Aufenthalt

Das Haus liegt etwas abseits von der deutschen Touristen-Hochburg Blavand und ist eines der wenigen Häuser die privat vermittelt werden und einzeln stehen. Vom Esstisch hat man einen Blick auf das Meer, die Nachbarn bestehen zum Teil aus Pferden, es ist absolut ruhig und schön. Die Terrasse geht auf drei Seiten rund um das Haus, der Garten ist super gepflegt. Die Bettwäsche, Handtücher und Geschirrtücher waren vorhanden und alles sauber. Ebenso WC, Waschbecken etc. Im Bad gibt es eine Fußbodenheizung die bei 13 Grad notwendig war, im Haus gibt es eine Klimaanlage und eine zusätzliche Solar-Heizung bzw Kühlung je nach Bedarf. Funktioniert alles super. Alufolie, Backpapier und Müllbeutel vorhanden, ebenso Spülmittel und Kaffeefilter. Auch an Geschirr und Zubehör war alles da was man so braucht. Die Schlüsselübergabe funktioniert über ein Schlüsselkästchen, Kontakt mit dem Vermieter gab es ausgenommen dem Mail vom Schlüsselcode keinen. Neben dem Häuschen gibt es einen Minimarkt, der so ziemlich alles hat was man braucht. Das Haus ist umgeben von einer tollen Landschaft, mitten in der Natur und doch in einem Ort. Abends können dann schon mal die Rehe oder Hasen im Garten stehen. Trotz der Mängel haben wir den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und uns extrem gut erholt

Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und müsste dringend saniert werden. Die Bodendielen bewegen sich teilweise sehr, die Rollos bei den Fenstern funktionieren teilweise nicht mehr gut und sind mit Insektenleichen voll. Die Fenster/Türen sind teilweise sehr stark verzogen und schwierig zu öffnen bzw. zu schließen. Es gibt nur 1 kleinen Kasten für drei Schlafzimmer und der ist kaputt, da wir nur zu Zweit waren haben wir ein Zimmer als begehbaren Schrank umfunktioniert. Somit ging es für uns. Das Geschirr/Besteck war nicht sauber, ebenso der Kühlschrank, da haben wir selbst gereinigt, vor Benutzung. Und das Bild vom Schlafzimmer ist vom Zeitpunkt des Einzuges. Die "gemachten" Betten erinnern an eine Jugendherberge. Besonders fleckig waren jedoch Couch, Bank und Sofakissen. Das war für uns echt grenzwertig. Da es leider keine Waschmaschine gibt, kann man diese auch nicht schnell mal waschen. Wir sind nicht heikel aber manches geht halt gar nicht. Man zahlt im Mietpreis eine Reinigungsgebühr, dazu gehört aber nicht nur dass sauber gemacht wird sondern auch dass der Vermieter kontrolliert ob alles sauber ist und funktioniert. Das Haus wäre wirklich toll, lieb dekoriert, hübsche Bilder, gut gelegen und auch von den Räumen super konzipiert. Leider lässt man es verkommen, was schade ist.

Es gab keine Waschmaschine, der Garten war zwar umzäunt, aber nach beiden Seiten zum Carport hin offen, so dass man achtgeben musste, dass die Hunde nicht auf die Straße laufen

Ein gemütliches Häuschen für ein paar Tage.

Gemütliches kleines, in die Jahre gekommenes Häuschen. Eine solide Grundausstattung und Zusätzliches wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel und Geschirrtücher sind vorhanden. Die Betten sind frisch bezogen.Der Garten ist gepflegt. Es gibt reichlich Sitztmöglichkeiten inklusive Kissen für die Terrasse. Man ist als Gast herzlich willkommen. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt.

Es müssten ein paar Kleinigkeiten erneuert werden, (z.B. die Duschstange ist geklebt)

Zu dreckig, dafür viel zu teuer, nicht noch einmal.

Der Schnitt des Hauses war gut, man könnte was draus machen. Großzügiger Aufenthaltsraum, große Küche, große Terrasse, genug Kaminholz, der Kamin ist toll und war sauber, als wir kamen. Großer Kühlschrank.

Es hingen zwei Sonos Boxen in der Wohnung, aber keine Beschreibung, wie man da einen Ton rausbekommt. Die Fernseher-Installation mit Kombo Apple TV, Sat und Fernseher ist vielleicht nicht für jeden was. Aber das ist alles nicht so wild. Schlimm war, dass die Wohnung total runter gerockt ist. Dreckig ohne Ende, selbst das Besteck mussten wir nochmal abwaschen. Das Bad war ne Katastrophe, die Wände verdreckt, das Waschbecken nicht geputzt, und als "Zahnputzbecher" wurde ein (!) Papp-Coffee-To-Go Becher bereitgestellt. Die Türen sind im Drücker-Bereich verdreckt, der Waserhahn verkalkt. Geduscht haben wir lieber nicht. Vom Flur zum Aufenthaltsraum fehlt ne Tür - so ergibt das keinen Sinn. Die Stufen vor der Haustür sind bei Nässe extrem rutschig. In der Küche war die Kaffeemaschine nicht sauber, an die Dunstabzugshaube habe ich mich nicht getraut (hatte keine Handschuhe dabei) und - jetzt wird's widerlich - in der Spülbürste hingen noch Essensreste. Ich glaube, hier wird die Endreinigung berechnet, aber nicht durchgeführt.
