Could be a good choice if you’re flying out of the Felipe Angeles airport early but needs sound proofing and basic impro

Spacious, clean l, comfortable

The address is wrong and so is the phone number listed on Booking. Only 1 key for the front door, the windows did not latch or lock, there were small broken items like the towel rack, there were no bedside lamps. I’ve slept in tents with more soundproofing ☺️

Very nice 2 bedroom appartment but very hard to get to!

The two bedrooms were very comfortable. Nice bathroom, 2 x water bottles and coffee all good Best part was the night host/guard, Raul, he was lovely!!!! Felt safe with Raul!

Location is less than average. Is a good 20/25 mins from the NLU airport. At night the streets are dark and empty. Taxi drivers don’t know how to get here and the Google map link given on the site does not take you here. In the end, after driving around the taxi driver had to ring the verticca hotel to get directions. There is no sign out the front, just cage like doors ( car parking) but at night in the dark, looks really scary..I would only get out if taxi once Raul came out and we knew we would be safe. May be quite different if arriving by day, but at night, I was scared. The appartment was nice though!

-Big spacious apartment -Bed is rather small, but quite comfortable -Friendly gatekeeper -Responsive host

-One of the windows could not lock, which is a major security red flag considering the flat was on the ground floor and anybody could have come in the flat while we were sleeping.

No es lo q esperaba!

Del alojamiento me gustó la seguridad, las habitaciones se veía q eran nuevas, cerca de centros comerciales.

Como anteriormente menciona en Booking ponen una dirección q no se encuentra y estás obligado a llamar mediante WhatsApp al número de teléfono q sale en la plataforma, el piso no estaba tan limpio y en la parte de la ducha estaba sucia, dijimos al último momento q íbamos a necesitar una habitación más grande y no nos dieron más toallas, ni tampoco se pronunciaron con el servicio de habitación, las habitaciones eran bastante frías, había q tener cuidado con el agua caliente porque te quemabas!!! Para el precio q no era tan económico esperaba mejor servicio!

Llegamos al lugar y no me dejaron entrar porque teniamos que ir a recoger las llaves a otro hotel (NUNCA nos había pasado eso, rentar una habitación y tener que ir a otro hotel a recoger las llaves) !por cierto! en ninguna parte en Booking dice que hay que ir a recoger las llaves a otro hotel y tampoco nadie se comunicó conmigo para informarme de eso. Lamentablemente no había otro lugar donde quedarme ahí cerca ya que eran las 9pm si no hubiera cancelado sin pensarlo (y si, a esa hora nos tenían afuera con todas las maletas). Una experiencia muy desagradable. La limpieza deja mucho que desear, había pelo de mujer por todos lados.
