Résidence très bien située, dans un beau quartier , proche de tout , ce qui est très appréciable . La place de parking est un véritable atout! Correct pour un court séjour
L’Appartement est bien équipé mais matériel un peu vieillissant, le Ménage est un peu négligé, et fait de manière superficiel. Le freezer du réfrigérateur est saturé en glace et nécessiterait un bon dégivrage! impossible de mettre en marche la tv ( il serait bien de laisser une petite note explicative)

Le parking et le calme
J’ai demandé à être rappeler par le propriétaire, j’attends encore…car le volet de la baie vitrée, ne fonctionnait pas. Le canapé devrait être remplacé et le ménage laisse à désirer, évier très sale bac de machine à laver moisi. même dans le lit superposé, il y a un morceau de Sopalin sous la tête du matelas, je pense que le ménage laisse à désirer .il faudrait peut-être penser à mettre carrément une boîte à clef au logement au lieu d’aller courir en ville.
