Located in the upcoming, resort-style community of 125 Crystal Beach, this newer townhome features 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths and can sleep up to 10 guests comfortably! On the first floor, guests will find two guest bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds, both with patio access, a full bathroom, and a garage entry. The second floor features a master bedroom with a king bed, ensuite, and walk-in closet. Also on the second floor is a living room with a queen-size sleeper sofa, a large flat-screen TV where you can enjoy streaming your favorite shows, and a private balcony with a pool view. You will find granite countertops, stainless appliances, and top-of-the-line furnishings throughout this home. A low speed vehicle is available for an additional fee. Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters, and Bass Pro Shop.
If you are near Miramar Beach, the snorkelers in your group will love the new artificial reef called Dolphin Reef, deployed in 2017. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of the permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or another flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

Overall nice clean place and great location, close to beaches and restaurants! It’s a tight fit for more than 6 people. You will need to bring your own pool towels and laundry detergent. Also plan to pay an extra fee for the use of the golf cart that is parked inside the property garage and advertised as part of the rental.

Overall, nice condo. Loved the short distance to the pool for the kids. Balcony floor and cushions were dirty and should be cleaned.

I will say..in all we had a great vacation..but that was AFTER the chaos. The golf cart that we paid for and was included was not available to us. We found out AFTER check-in which was a real inconvenience. I did not want to be calling around searching for a golf cart once we got there. I will say, Logan at RealJoy really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made things right. The condo was nice, however, we found that lots of things were broken. The floors were gritty with sand the day we got there. The bed sheets/quilts were just laid on the bed...the beds were not made. We as a family enjoyed our trip..but were a little disappointed in the condo itself. Probably wont be back unfortunately.
