We've stayed in this condo before. It is as advertised. We will stay here again; likely in summer of 2026.

The property manager was adequately helpful.
The vacation rental was very dirty.
I was very happy with the location.
I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Great set-up and location BUT the unit was not properly cleaned for new guests arriving--toliet not flushed; empty toilet paper roll. More significantly, the kitchen was INFESTED with ants--crawling up the wall... in the silverware drawer... on counter... crawling up side of garbage pail. I will the photos to Ocean Sands Realty separately. Traps EVENTUALLY got them under control-- but this should never occur in the first place. Also, door code stopped working which was addressed quickly. When spending thousands of dollars for the rental, some form of compensation to make up for these issues should be standard practice.
