We enjoyed our stay. A couple of minor things like this is an older home and it needs to be freshened with some paint and weeding in areas. The pool and hot tub were heavily used and all the mechanicals worked well. The game room with the vintage Pac-Man, etc. was a hit with the teens and even me. A higher wi-fi bandwidth would be great but as this is well out in the country, that may not be possible. I kept telling everyone we were on vacation and get off the Internet to relax. All-in-all, we would stay there again and the host was very communicative and professional.

This property didn't live up to expectations. I would not consider it "brand new" or an "ultra luxurious" property as advertised. Great communication with the management, but the house is well worn and in need of work. If the management makes suggested repairs and improvements it could be a lot better experience but it will take some time and money to fix all that is needed. Management was responsive and indicated they were happy for the input and would be making necessary repairs. Several major things in the listing were broken or not usable. Management was notified and is being given a long list of things that need attention. We were able to make do and sleep, shower and eat in the unit for 6 days but I didn't think the property was worth what we were charged in the condition it presently is in. This was a Christmas trip gift for our family of 8 and was disappointing. Not quite sure how it has so many 10/10 reviews. FYI, 2 of the 5 showers are modular, like found in mobile home units, and only 22x28 inches in size and hard to maneuver in. Don't drop the soap and expect to bend over to pick it up easily. As said before, currently not the ultra luxurious property as advertised .
