Welcome to our 40 Acres of private woodlands and lakes. We have many miles of hiking trails or bring your ATV's for a ride around our trails. Property surrounded by Ocenee County golf club, walk to house from 13 hole! 2 lakes. This truly is a hidden gem.

I reached out to Eric prior to booking the rental on a couple of questions. He answered both within 2 hours of being submitted. I had reserved this rental for a high school fishing tournament. The tournament was cancelled two days prior to (due to weather). Eric, was very understanding and willing to work with me on cost once the tournament was rescheduled and I book again. I haven't stayed in the house yet, but Eric has been nothing but courteous and prompt in responding to my emails. I look forward to staying at his place.

Eric is a gracious host and quickly responds to anything I need. Beautiful and peaceful surroundings with trails around the property. House has every amenity while convenient to major stores and the City of Seneca. I will be extending my 3-month stay to 6 months while my house is being built nearby.

The house had everything we needed to be comfortable while visiting family that live nearby. Eric was quick to answer the questions we had prior to our arrival. We would stay here again.
