About this apartment rental

Step into Milwaukee history. Located in a beautifully restored historic brewery building, this designer apartment features original Cream City brick and soaring arched windows. Enjoy modern luxury paired with 19th-century charm, all steps away from Fiserv Forum and downtown.

This 2BR/1.5BA private apartment is located on the first floor and spans two stories via an interior staircase. The space sleeps four with a comfy queen bed in each of the two bedrooms. The sectional may serve as additional sleeping space, however please note it does not have a pull-out bed.

Living room: located on 1st floor of apartment. Though compact, the living area provides plenty of utility with a full size sectional and flexible seating options. The drop-leaf dining table comfortably seats 4 and also doubles as a workspace.

Bedroom 1: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a queen bed with an exterior-facing window

Bedroom 2: located on 2nd floor of apartment and includes a queen bed with an interior-facing window that looks out into the building`s atrium. Includes blackout curtains for additional privacy

Bathroom 1: half bathroom located on 1st floor of apartment

Bathroom 2: full bathroom located on 2nd floor of apartment

Amenities:
Self check-in, high-speed Wifi, dining table that seats 4, in-unit laundry, Keurig, smart TV with Chromecast, fitness center, theater, work/study booths, game lounge with darts, pool, and cornhole.

Location:
- In the heart of the historic brewery district and connected to the iconic Pabst sign spanning Juneau Ave
- 5 minute walk to Fiserv Forum down cobblestone streets
- 5 minute drive to Downtown, Third Ward, and Marquette University

Parking:
- This listing includes one free parking space in a secured garage one block away (the Brewery Parking Structure). Instructions for accessing the garage will be provided prior to your arrival
- Additional parking is available in the same garage and costs $25/day (and increases during events)
- Metered street parking is available throughout the neighborhood. Keep in mind Milwaukee requires anyone parking on the street overnight to register for a permit which you can request for free up to 3 nights by calling the city and requesting one
- The garage has a vertical clearance of 7`2` which is enough for most consumer vehicles but may not accommodate larger vehicles such as RVs or full-size vans

Early check-in:
- We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a $20 fee
- Repeat guests enjoy free early check-in
- All requests are subject to availability

Requirements:
- Complete ID verification and pay $200 refundable security deposit

House rules:
1. Ages 21+ to book.
2. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others.
3. No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses.
4. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the premises including outdoor spaces ($150 fine will be assessed and additional fees for remediation may apply).
5. Quiet time after 10pm.
6. Guests must cover the cost to replace unreturned access devices such as keys, key cards, fobs, or parking passes.
7. Rental agreement required for all stays of 28+ days, all direct bookings, and otherwise at our sole discretion.
8. Guests take full responsibility for loss, injury, or damages that occur on the premises and its facilities.
9. Bookings by local guests are prohibited at this property. Please contact us with any questions.
*Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, or expenses and may be removed from the property without refund.

Non-refundable fees:
- All refunds are net of 4% processing fees. Rather than charging upfront service fees, we charge a 4% processing fee for any refunds we issue in order to cover costs we incur as a small business

Our host was great with communication and we enjoyed the stay at this unique property and appreciated the history behind the building and how it has been preserved in a modern industrial style!

There were a few issues but we still enjoyed our stay. The unit was not well stocked which was a bummer because the closest grocery store was a ways away.
