Really great location. Attention to detail was first rate. Did take me a day to figure out the AC control. Suggest a new filter.

Extraordinary accommodations in a breathless setting. The location was quiet, serene and peaceful with the majestic Allegany river at your doorstep surrounded by a beautiful mountain forest as its background. The accommodations were spacious, well appointed, clean and very comfortable In fact, we loved the place and setting so much that we plan to return in the fall to view the foliage.

This is a lovely spot on the Allegheny River with ample space. It is one of the best stocked places I have stayed. The hosts were very friendly and communicative. We would definitely stay here again and enjoy the relaxing and peaceful location.

Perfect for bike riding kayaking. Or just playing in the water The deck is nice for relaxing after a full day And the tunnel is with in walking distance to explore

This is our 2nd time to rent here and it is super clean! We enjoyed the nature and being able to walk on the Rails to Trails path! Beautiful place and would highly recommend!

A small group of friends ventured to western Pennsylvania to experience the total solar eclipse on April 8, 2024. We would have been okay with rough accommodations, but this place was a delight! The communication with our host was super speedy, friendly, and very helpful. The house was immaculate and very thoughtfully provisioned. All linens, cookware, utensils, and appliances were provided. There was a Keurig and traditional coffee maker plus all of the supplies including K-cups, ground coffee, filters, and sweeteners. The fridge had multiple ice cube trays and even ice packs. They even had a water cooler with hot/cool/cold water! WiFi, satellite TV, you name it, they had it! But these weren’t the best thing- an amazing deck with plentiful seating right on the Allegheny River. Bring your clothes and food. Everything else is already here! Then we started exploring the area. It would be perfect for kayak and tube launching. There are several state parks within minutes drive. The Kennerdell railway tunnel is a short walk from the front door, and apparently there are miles of biking trails, too. We came for the eclipse, but we’ll be back for the other recreational opportunities. This place is a true gem!

Remote, but very quiet. Never fully understood TV operation, but that was only negative. No cell service, but phones operated after we got on internet.

Just a perfect little piece of paradise nestled ina valley. Cant wait to go back

I recently had the pleasure of renting the Riverfront Paradise property. I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Firstly, the communication with the property owner was top-notch. They promptly responded to my inquiries, provided all the necessary information, and guided me through the rental process with professionalism and efficiency. Upon arrival, I was delighted to find the property in pristine condition. It was exactly as described in the listing—clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the amenities promised. The spacious rooms, tasteful decor, and comfortable furnishings truly made it feel like a home away from home. Furthermore, the location was exceptional. Situated right on the Allegheny River, the view off the deck was breathtakingly beautiful. In summary, my rental experience was outstanding. From the excellent communication and attention to detail to the impeccable property and superb customer service, I couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this property.

This place has a deck that has an awesome view of the Allegheny River. Great place to just kick back and relax.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house had lots of extras like coffee, paper towels, soap, etc. We really enjoyed the view of the river. We would definitely rent it again.

I can honestly and truly not say enough good things about our stay here! We had a parents weekend away and knew I wanted something close to water! This place is extremely clean, spacious and so inviting! It felt like home! We loved that it was right on the River! And could see it from the couch! The porch is fantastic and it was awesome to be able to walk down to the water! We will definitely be back! Thank you so much Jen and Blane for a fantastic stay!!!

This property was exactly as described. The deck and view of the Allegheny River was wonderful. The place is roomy, clean, and has all the amenities that you need.

Beautiful time with family

Beautiful spot on the river, everything we'd hoped it would be. We biked, kayaked, fished and relaxed and it was all just outside the door! We hope to come again next year.

This was a very nice place to stay. They provide most of the basic essentials. It is well maintained and clean and the perfect size for a small family. We walked to the tunnel a couple times tubed down the river, and also went to Freedom Falls and the Overlook. Very nice location and we will definitely go again!

This property is very neat, clean and comfortable. We stayed here for a quiet girls' weekend away. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The river views from the deck are beautiful. Easy access to trails nearby. Jennifer was very responsive to any questions. We would definitely recommend this place and we will definitely rent again. Thank you!

Exceeded my expectations!

This is an incredible place to stay. Jennifer was very helpful and responded extremely fast when communicating with her. Everything we needed was ready for us upon arrival and the place was immaculate and sparkling clean. The river view was second to none and the large deck was a great place to sit and unwind. Very nice friendly community with lots of places to explore. You will not be disappointed with this beautiful spot.

This little rancher was exactly what we needed. Nice personal touches, super cozy and fully stocked so you never have to leave if you bring your own food! Thank you Jennifer for the answer to a long first day of traveling. We would definitely stay again!
