Summary:
Just a five-minute walk from Poipu Beach, our 1,550-square-foot, fully air-conditioned, two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa is situated on the ground floor, surrounded by lush tropical landscaping. Enjoy a private lanai with a barbecue and outdoor dining area. Inside, you'll find large TVs in both the living room and master bedroom, a master bath with a deep soaking tub, and a fully equipped kitchen to cater to all your cooking needs.
The Space:
The Aloha unit is located on ground facing the front garden on a quiet street. It was renovated in 2017 and has granite counters in the bathrooms and kitchens, stainless steel appliances, berber carpeting, hardwood floors, solid core interior doors, baseboards and crown molding.
The pool and gym pictured belong to a nearby resort, which is a 2-minute drive or a 10-15-minute walk away. Access may be available for a nominal cost. Please inquire for details.
Guest Access:
You have exclusive use of the entire unit. In addition, a private lanai (patio) and barbecue apparatus are provided for your use. Feel at liberty to explore the verdant premises of the estate. Please feel free to utilize our office located at the rear of the building, which is equipped with a dedicated computer and printer, if you prefer a secluded area to work in peace.
The Neighborhood:
We're conveniently located in the heart of Poipu Beach. This is a resort area with many restaurants, grocery stores and shopping located in a one mile radius. Poipu Beach is consistently voted as one of the best beaches in the US and has sections for snorleking, boogie boarding, beginner and intermediate surfing.
Getting Around:
It is best to rent a car. You can park in the parking spots available at the house.

The property is located very close to the beach. They provide beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. You can walk to the beach in 5 minutes.
There are stand alone AC units in each room. One quirk about this location is in the master bedroom, there is a screen that doesn't have a window pane. There are wooden panels that close on the outside of the screen, but these allow plenty of noise to come in.
Overall my family enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions.

This is a beautiful property. It is spacious, conveniently located and just perfect for our family. The gardens and grounds make you truly feel like you are enveloped into the island itself. We would stay here again, and would recommend this location to family and friends.

Comfortable and everything worked in the house. Property well maintained and quiet. We love the front patio/lanai and grill. Short walk to beach and short drive shopping
