About this house rental
Newly remodeled vintage bungalow that's equally as cozy on the inside as it is on the out. Dripping with desert charm, this one-of-a-kind home has concrete floors and a fence made of reclaimed doors. The front and backyard are vibrant with desert flora and have ample shade and seating, perfect for BBQs and outdoor dinners. The primary bedroom has a new, very comfortable queen foam mattress, 40" TV, and laundry room. Just a 5-minute drive / 20-minute walk to 4th Ave, Downtown, and the University.
Dogs must be specified at time of booking and incur a one-time $100 fee. Maximum of 1 dog only. No cats or other animals allowed. Additional guests must also be disclosed and authorised by host ahead of booking.

This house is a hidden gem! Everything is on theme with one another, it has everything you could ever need, a filtered water faucet, pet treats, hygiene necessities, all of that. The backyard area is great as well, super spacious. It’s in a quiet neighborhood with not much traffic, the beds are comfortable, there are smart TVs, and there’s a lot of places around this location. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

I would definitely come back. Everything is clean, comfortable, and practical. The property is in a quiet neighborhood and it is fulllll of amenities.
