Pool can be heated for an extra $50/day. (paid pre-trip - must pay at least 2 day prior to arrival)
**Keep in mind that this pool heater is an electric pool heater. They run on convection heating, if the temperature drops below 55 degrees it can have trouble reaching the desired temperature. Unfortunately we cannot control the weather and we like to keep our guests informed. This will be the case for all electric pool heaters in the area as many neighbors in Lake Havasu do not have gas.
At our vacation rental, we like to provide our guests with some useful supplies as a starter pack, which you can use during your stay. You can find the complete instructions for most everything in our Welcome Book. Please also read the full house rules as well located on the listing page in “house rules” section in order to avoid any danger or deductions from your security deposit upon check-out.
Must be at least 24 years old to rent this property due to insurance reasons this home cannot be rented to anyone under the age of 24. We do not allow 3rd party bookings. You must rent the home for yourself and your guests. This will cause immediate cancellation to your stay.
Outdoor cameras located front and back of all our properties. Devices record 24/7 for security purposes and can be used to check occupancy, rule breaks and “quiet hours” compliance. (Guest(s) may not disconnect or tamper with exterior Security Cameras.)
City Quiet time is defined as 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. City law enforcement in the area that keeps track of any excessively loud noises in the area. No excessive noise should happen during that period. If law enforcement shows up during your stay due to any disturbances (including but not limited to; loud music, fireworks, etc) this will be immediately reported to our “Bad Guest List” which will not let you rent any of the properties within our insurance.
We require that you respect the reservation you committed to and only have the same number of people stay in the house as listed in their reservation. All guests must be included in the reservation no matter time and length of their stay this is for your safety and is required by all booking sites. Any extra guests not disclosed that are brought into the home will cause immediate cancellation of your stay and your party will be escorted out by security along with a $500 fine. No Bachelor or Bachelorette parties allowed without permission.

This home was AMAZING! Came out for an 3 day event on the Lake. This home was perfect for the time we spent in Lake Havasu. The home is A LOT bigger than the pictures make it out to be. The pool was amazing, and had plenty space for my self and 6 of my friends. Absolutely returning here for the boating event and possibly for my upcoming birthday. Thank you having us!

Really enjoyed the space inside and out back! My husband and I visited with 5 grandkids and their parents and we all had our own alone or together space as wanted and needed. We were especially appreciative of the fully stocked kitchen for a group our size, we have never encountered being able to cook for 9 and have options for pots/pans and dishes! We will 100% be back to stay again! Thank you!

What a great property. This property is one of our favorites in Havasu. Everything we needed was here. Great Coffee Maker, great bedroom and bathroom situation for family. Great pool and BBQ was brand new. Beautiful sunsets. We hung on the couch and enjoyed family time movies after dinner. The house was so clean with outstanding bath supplies. We had the best time and are Thankful we got stay at this property.

Beautiful house with lots of space for a large group. We had our four kids, parents and ourselves. Two rooms had ensuites and their own access to the backyard which was great.
Kitchen has everything you could need and then some. Gas stove and oven which were a treat to use. There was oil and spices in the kitchen but no leftover condiments, etc from previous guests.
Showers had shampoo, conditioner and shower gel which is great for those who forget or buy when they get there.
Boardgames and books for the kids inside and Cornhole outside.
A few things that need work as previous guests have stated.. the fan in the kitchen missing a blade and the light doesn't work. The guest bedroom's shower has pressure issues so we used the kids bathroom.
Note that if you have children, there are ZERO water toys, goggles, floats, etc., not a single one. Must bring or buy your own. We did leave ours but the cleaners likely have instructions to remove.
Overall a beautiful house and we hope to one day be back.
