From check in to check out, everything about this reservation was perfect! The room was beautiful and exactly as pictured. The owner was very communicative and attentive. Nothing but positive praise!

This unit in the St.Regis Residences was absolutely wonderful. The unit was as pictured and very clean. There are two balconies with amazing views of the ocean. I cannot say enough about the hotel staff - the service is top-notch. Karen is very organized, check-in and check-out was a quick and easy. We hope to book this unit again next time we are in Miami.

Perfect spot for our family of 5! Had great communication with property manager. Daily house keeping was a plus. Room was clean and comfortable, with a great view. St Regis is perfect location across from bal harbour shop and restaurants to walk to!
