About this apartment rental
Contemporary styled apartment in the heart of the city. All necessities like Spa, Pharmacy, Pub, ATM Machine, Groceries and Medical Clinic are available within the compound building. There is a top notch gym on ground floor but it is paid. A&C mall, Cafes and Restaurants are 2 minutes walk. You can go out and have fun or snug in the Hammock with your coffee. Ideal for large families or people that prefer wide, bright place to stay.
Other things to note
1: The kitchen is equipped so you can cook basic meals easily.
2: There are 3 Bedrooms and each have attached bath and a big walk in closet
3: There is a guest toilet in the lounge.
4: Electric water heater operates from the kitchen and supplies hot water to entire apartment. Switch it on 15 mins before you and switch it off after using to avoid over heating.
5: There are ACs in each room, dining and sitting areas.
6: DSTV is available for you to enjoy TV experience.
7: This is city centre and very lively place, there are cafes, grocery stores, pubs in the area, so there is potential that you can hear music. Some people love it, some not so much.
8: There is dedicated maid for this apartment that can help clean, do laundry, iron cloths and even run small errands if you are nice to them. You do have to book these services a day in advance. (the staff is trained but still human and can make mistakes, give them laundry and ironing etc at your own risk)
9: There is 24/7 security and arm guards at the entrance of the building, so absolutely no need to worry about security.
10: There is an ATM machine within the building, so getting cash is very convenient.
11: The building hosts literally one of the best Gym, Spa & Saloon in Accra, all of them are paid but very easily accessible.
12: There is a roof top Patio, if you want to invite friends and have few drinks together. Guests can access anytime but visitors need to be booked a day in advance.
13: The building reflect the culture of the city is not new and flashy. Everything however functions for a comfortable stay.
14: There is 24/7 backup for water and electricity, give the genset a minute or two to kick in.
15: The building also hosts a great pharmacy and medical clinic for your convenience

The place is very beautiful. Spacious and comfortable. It is also in a very nice location

Location of the property was great. Very accommodating to our arrival and departure times for checking in/out. Place was nice and clean. Very spacious. Apartment was close to a lot of restaurants in walking distance. Spa located in the complex area which was a bonus. Not happy about the extra charge for electricity, that should have been listed as an additional cost. Helpful to know when the electricity will shut off and what the extra cost would be. It’s wasn’t a lot but not knowing when you’ll be in the dark and hot was not a pleasant experience.
