The colorful tropical bar in the garage makes this home stands out from the crowd with classic surf-themed decor and all the appliances needed to prepare the most delicious tropical juices and cocktails, including drinkware, a blender, a mini-fridge, and a sink. Seating options abound with an inviting sofa and plenty of high stools. This is definitely the best place to gather and hang out with your loved ones while enjoying tasty cocktails, juices, and snacks!
The rest of the home offers a more classic ambiance with an inviting living room with a smart TV with Roku, a well-equipped kitchen with all major appliances (dishwasher and Keurig coffee maker included), and a four-person dining table. Four additional spots can be found at the breakfast bar. Add a bit of spice to your meals thanks to the gas grill available. The home's back deck offers a nice spot for meals alfresco. The outdoor shower offers an additional perk - it's perfect to rinse off the sand if you decide to go to the beach.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This is the perfect home in a perfect beach town. The layout flowed so smooth with the common areas up front and the sleeping areas in the back; paired with entry from the front door or rear kitchen door through the spacious backyard. Off of the family room was a door that lead to the main feature of the house, the garage that has been converted to a Tiki bar! Every night we ended back at the Tiki bar listening to music, playing ring toss, and the vibe was just so incredible. The AC was cold when we needed it cooler, and at night with the garage door open and the front or rear screen door open, a cool breeze took over the home. You can tell the owners take great pride in their home by how clean it was kept, how comfortable it was, the decor, and the attention to detail. Some of my extended family stayed in larger homes around the corner but we always ended up back here at night because the vibe was so perfect. Without question, I will stay here again.

Everything was nice and clean. Garage area was a hit with our teenagers. Beach cart is missing a wheel but still manageable. Kitchen is definitely stocked. Beach chair and umbrella were very helpful. Peaceful neighborhood. Dont let the living room fool you on this property. The rest of the house is perfect.

Had a great time at the tiki bar house. Close to many amenities and safe crossing to the beach. About a 10 min walk. House was a bit small but then tiki bar garage added another living space to the house.

This house was so cute and had plenty of space for all of us. Walking distance from the beach and a short drive to all of the restaurants/shops. Highly recommended visiting Assateague Island as well. Only issues were the beach chairs and umbrellas were nowhere to be found even by the staff I contacted. There was also no hand soap in any of the bathrooms, so we had to stop at the grocery store and grab a couple bottles.
