The top floor welcomes you with an open-concept layout featuring a bright and airy living room, elegant dining area, and a modern kitchen with wide plank flooring, stainless steel appliances, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. Large windows and glass doors flood the space with natural light and open to a spacious covered deck with sweeping marsh views—ideal for morning coffee or evening cocktails.
Downstairs, a second living room offers ample seating, a pool table for friendly competition, and a wet bar complete with a mini-fridge and ice maker. A dedicated half bath adds convenience for guests enjoying this entertainment space.
The home’s five bedrooms each feature private en-suite bathrooms and smart TVs. On the main level, two king bedrooms and a bunk room with two twin-over-twin bunks (4 beds total) provide flexible sleeping arrangements. Upstairs, two additional king bedrooms offer privacy and comfort.

Cooler weather doesn’t have to mean skipping the pool! Add pool heat to your stay and keep those vacation vibes going.
Electric Pool Heat: $75/day during the off-season
When heated, pools typically reach a comfortable 80–84°F, depending on outdoor temperatures and weather conditions.
Pool heat is added for the full length of your stay, and since Mother Nature sometimes has plans of her own, exact water temperatures can’t be guaranteed.
Want to warm things up? Just let us know and we’ll be happy to add pool heat to your stay!
The pool and/or spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all times by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc. are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced regularly, however please keep in mind that due to the tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.
We cannot guarantee the elevator will be working due to circumstances out of our control. Please read elevator instructions CAREFULLY before operating (found in the notebook at the home). User error will result in a $100 service charge. No children are allowed in the elevator without an adult. Use at your own risk.

The house is very convenient to the public access and beach! The pool and outside area was perfect for the afternoons after everyone was tired from the beach. This house was great for our family vacation and it was nice that every room had their own private bathroom.

This vacation home gave us A LOT of wonderful memories! In person the home is just as described , it is well stocked, it is spacious - we had 12 people with 6 under 16, and we did make use of the elevator with our dad over 70! The home is in a great location - at the end of the street, far enough away from the “downtown” and close enough to the beach. It is about a 5-10 min walk and tolerable by those over 70 and under4! The public access is right at the end of the street. The beach was never crowded. Did I mention that the house had all we needed? And we made some good meals, and had we needed to cook them!! Thankful to the owners for their efficient communication and. We made some great family memories - hopefully will make it back again soon!!

This is the first time we chose a not oceanfront property. It turned out to be the best of all worlds. Tons of windows out to the marsh - saw deer and all kinds of birds. Simple, easy, walk to the beach. House is set up perfectly for a large group. All beds are king (except for the bunk room) so none of that who gets what bed thing. The kitchen was beautifully provisioned. Dozens of sets of dishes and flatware. Any special kitchen tool you might need. The knives are good! There were 5 kids with the 5 adults so eating in was our go-to. Great, great, set up. The pool is wonderful. So easy to get kids out to eat when they just needed to come over to the tiki bar and watch cartoons while eating in their dripping suits. I can find fault in almost anything but I couldn't find anything not to love here. Did I mention the decor is beautiful? Light, airy, but with really lovely artwork. Rob, the property manager, was helpful way beyond his scope of responsibilities. He is a gem. This place really is kind of a big deal!
