This spacious 3 bedroom home is perfect for hosting family events or just visiting family while here in Sioux center! It offers some beautiful amenities: a large living room on the main floor and a 50” tv. A new 8 person hot tub is located right out the back door and features built in Bluetooth sound system! A screened in porch with furniture will allow you enjoy the weather without any unwanted pests. A spacious basement with a large living area and 50” tv also come with ping pong table and foosball table as well as a basement mini fridge! The newly updated kitchen offers all of the cooking utensils you will need along with all new stainless steel appliances!

This property is very well kept and pleasant. Our guests had a significant issue with scents in the home, which included diffusers and air fresheners in every room as well as bedding that was quite scented. If you have sensitivities to these things you may wish to know this and maybe communicate that to the property owner to see what your options are. Otherwise, it was excellently kept.

We did not use the hot tub. The kitchen was a very usable beds were very hard.

Overall, the stay was fine, except I’d recommend purchasing some new washcloths, and towels. With any rental, it should be the expectation that the place will have clean towels, washcloths, good beds/bedding and nice pots/pans (some were pretty gross). Also, the washer didn’t seem to be working so we didn’t use.
