About this apartment rental
Step into your home away from home in this centrally located 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo on International Drive. Less than 4 miles and 8 minutes from the all new Epic Universe. Not even 5 minutes away is Sea World, Aquatica and Discovery Cove. Universal Studios is also minutes away and the Convention Center is also down the street. Heading to Disney? It is also just a short drive away. Countless restaurants, bars, activities, and dinner shows are just minutes away from our clean and quiet condo.
Our condo has been recently renovated and is ready to be your home away from home. It is a spacious and comfortable place with a balcony overlooking the beautiful trees and quiet grassy area.
This condo includes 2 bedrooms, and each room includes a Smart TV and cable channels. The living room also includes 2 full couches and a 55” Smart TV for streaming and cable channels. Free wifi is available.
The A/C is operated with an adjustable thermostat. Please, turn the thermostat back up to 76 when you check out.
The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and its own bathroom that includes a shower with bench.
The second bedroom has 2 full sized beds and includes an iron and ironing board in the closet.
The second bathroom has a tub and it is separate from the vanity area.
Our kitchen has multiple coffee brewers for everyone’s taste. Kitchen cooking essentials including pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, flatware and a filtered water pitcher is available. The toaster oven is also an air fryer and we have included dishes and flatware for kids, should you need it.
Located in a condo-hotel property which provides a front lobby with 24-hour staff available to help should the need arise. Check in is at this lobby where you will receive your key and access to onsite free parking. A convenience store is also located in the lobby with food and personal items available. There is a restaurant/bar available on site. It is open daily.
The exercise room is open 24 hours a day with access using your condo key.
Pool is open well into the night and includes a kiddie pool and hot tub. A playground and BBQ and picnic area is also on site. There is plenty of open area to enjoy the grass and shady trees, as well.
Room service is not provided during your stay as this is a PRIVATE owned condo and is operating as an AirBnB. However, should you need fresh towels and or linens, there are extra sets in the unit.
Washer and dryer is available 24 hours a day on the same floor as unit but is COIN OPERATED.
This is a pet free condo and NO SMOKING is allowed in unit.

This property was more than we ever dreamed possibly. It was clean quiet spacious and located within 5 minute drive to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again

The condo was just as described inside. Updated. Comfortable. Well decorated. The beds are super comfortable and we really enjoyed the condo itself. The location was close to where we needed to be and close to ice cream and restaurants which was great. The kitchen had all the basics for dining and cooking plus some extra like spices and sugar. The owners described their condo well and it was as expected in the interior. We were super relieved when we opened the front door. Especially when we approached the buildings when we arrived honestly we were slightly worried. The exterior of the buildings & the entire property need to be updated. The building was very dated. The paint, the landscaping, the hallways. The elevator is scary. It randomly drops slightly when the door closes. There were exterior lights blinking the entire time we were there. The workers walked past them numerous times but they were not fixed in the 5 days we were there. There is constant movement of workers all day and night on golf carts and through the hallways who seemed ‘busy’ but we started to think that actually they may live there. The pool area has limited furniture only 4 loungers & has no appeal. It looks like at some point this was a very happening location but no longer. The pool is heated which I would say is great when it’s cool but when it’s 85 and sunny & the pool is 80 as well it was not refreshing. We actually avoided swimming in the pool after finding out how hot it was.

The decor was nice but there were minor issues with the stay. The internet in the master bedroom is spotty and you have to consistently reconnect. Even before the 24 hour window as stated. So having to sign back multiple times is a nuisance. Also the headboard has brown stains (not sure what it is) but I took pictures. I was a little uneasy about it and the cleanliness of the bed. The automatic trash cans are not automatic. The batteries are dead in all of them so the hand motion does not work. Directly touching the trash can is unsanitary. Finally, the colorful throws for the living room are dirty. They need to be washed. Overall, the condo is decent but these are areas that can be worked on. Thank you
