A nice 2 story home in Watervale! This well established neighborhood is known for its natural landscaping and this house does not disappoint. It is a 2 story, 4 bedroom house with easy access in and out of the neighborhood. with plenty of on and off street parking. Easy access to 1-20, Riverwatch Parkway, and Washington Rd and only 2.5 miles away from the Masters!

Had a great time overall at the Masters with a great stay at this VRBO rental. Very inviting, clean and easy to deal with throughout. The welcome pack and Masters themed cookies were a great touch. Thank you!

Chance's house was perfect for our short stay to attend the Masters. Spacious, clean, well stocked, in a great location, and full of great tips/recommendations for enjoying Augusta and the Masters. If we score tickets again, we'd absolutely book again.
