Start your mornings with coffee as the sun rises over the water, or end your day with dinner watching the sunset from the screened-in back porch. The fenced backyard ensures your dogs can explore and play safely while you unwind.
Designed for both short and extended stays, the home features high-speed Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace with a desk and monitor, and all the comforts needed for working remotely or relaxing fully.
Inside, each room is beautifully styled with coastal décor to reflect the natural surroundings. The primary suite includes a soaking tub, while a separate shower is conveniently located near the guest bedroom.
The living area offers two cozy sitting spaces, including one with a fireplace—perfect for cooler evenings. The well-appointed kitchen provides everything you need to prepare meals like a pro.
Conveniently located just 3 minutes from grocery stores, gas stations, and local restaurants, and only a couple of miles off I-95, this home delivers both seclusion and accessibility.

Other things to note:
All reservations are charged a $50 processing fee. This fee is non-refundable, even if the reservation is cancelled.
There is a $50 pet fee for those guests bringing pets.
Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.
Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.
Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.
House rules:
Smoking is not allowed. $2,000 minimum fee for smoking inside the house.
Quite hours per the county are 9pm to 8am. Violation of ordinance will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No loud music. No parties. No parking on the lawn.
There will be a $75 minimum charge for any missing remotes, including ceiling fan, and TV remotes.

A great place to get away and explore SE Georgia and NE Florida. The house was clean and comfortable with a great view. We explored Brunswick, the Golden Isles and Amelia Island from here. Highly recommend !!

House is in the back end of a cul de sac community. Close to Grocery and some restaurants. Right off I-95. House was clean, pretty well equipped, and nicely furnished. The master bedroom and downstairs bedroom tv's are cast from your phone to chromecast only. Washer and Dryer are full size and work well. 30-40 minutes to Jekyll Island or St Simon Island. Downtown Brunswick has some shops and stuff, don't miss the Richland Rum distillery. Verizon service in the area is spotty, but house wifi works great. We enjoyed it!

Stayed here for 6 weeks (all of Ferbuary +) and had a wonderful time. The house is exactly as pictured and described. Very clean in a real nice neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Host was great to work with and responds to all contact immediately. TV situation could use some improvement but did little to distract from all the fine points. Has the best screened porch of any property I've ever rented. Thank you Aundrea for a great time. Duane & Laura
