The rooms are bright and airy with charming architectural details. Gather in the large dining room with sunny sitting area after a day at the beach.
The first floor enjoys a living room, kitchen, dining room with sitting area, and kitchen/laundry room (yes, there is a dishwasher). It also boasts a master bedroom with a queen bed, and a second bedroom with bunkbeds. There is 1 full sized bath with shower and 1 half bath on the first floor.
Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms and a hall bath with shower. Bedroom 3 has 2 double beds, bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds, and bedroom 5 has a king bed along with an arched doorway leading to a screened in porch that catches cool sea breezes. Central air on the first floor, through the wall split system air conditioning on the second floor in each bedroom. Read your book in the landscaped garden, take a nap on the screened in porch, or stroll just one block to the sunny beach, Pavilion Circle Park, or the lighthouse and state park. Your family is sure to make wonderful vacation memories.

Great location! Very quiet and peaceful! Easy walk to the beach, the kitchen was quite outdated, the beds, except the upstairs twin room were terrible! We had to purchase bed toppers to get any sleep. The air conditioning was excellent, there was a small issue with the thermostat and it was promptly addressed! The grill was very useful and the backyard area and outside shower were lovely! WiFi was not adequate for WFH, but ok for regular usage. The front porch was very nice to sit and have coffee in the morning!
