STAY OCEANFRONT @ STOCKTON! POOL!

Perfect location, walked right out onto the beach. Property had everything we needed, lots of space for our group, very clean, well maintained, very quiet neighborhood. Would definitely rent again!

The location was perfect! Quiet in the Crest, yet walk two block to rent bikes or go for a walk on the walking path to the Boardwalk.

I was very impressed with this condo. The pictures don’t do it justice. The living area and kitchen is very roomy and nicely furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils, and pots and pans. Having a Kuerig, griddle, and a crockpot is also a bonus. Everything in the condo was fantastic. But getting a phone call 20 minutes into our trip by the realtor saying we had to be at the office before 4:00 was unnerving. I received an email stating we could not enter the property before 4:00. But then was told the email was incorrect, and that checkin was between 12:00-4:00 we just couldn’t enter the property until 4:00. And I could be charged a fee if I arrived after 4:00. Then when I arrived at 4:10 all they did was give me a piece of paper with the code to the condo/storage closet. It made my 7 hour trip a race against the clock. Granted I wasn’t charged a late checkin fee BUT why couldn’t they just email me the code? Like I said the condo is great. But management needs to update their email about the rules of checkin.

The condo was very clean, it had everything you need for cooking. It was close to everything. We went to the beach, I spent a lot of time at the pool. We rented bikes and rode up to the boardwalk. Over all I would highly recommend.
