The Cottage is on the ridge of a low hill overlooking a valley interspersed with oaks and vineyards. A 35' long porch curtained in the summer provides outdoor activities along with an arbor in the garden below. The gated property is 2.5 acres and has two houses on it. The owner lives on the property and maintains the landscaping. No charge to the lea-see.
