This comfortable and relaxing two-bedroom townhome is just a mile away from the boat ramps, white-sand beaches, and other fun attractions at Fort Walton Beach.

This modern townhome is the perfect size for six guests and offers two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining table, and two bathrooms. You can also enjoy the beautiful sunshine and gorgeous weather while drinking your morning cup of coffee on the enclosed porch.

Kitchen
Our townhome features a fully equipped kitchen with all the appliances, cookware, and utensils you need to make snacks and meals during your stay. We have even included a toaster, blender, and Rubbermaid for storing leftovers. As an added convenience, we provide ground coffee, coffee filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, and other necessities; plus a large supply of dishwashing detergent.

Living room / Dining Area
A comfortable space with a sofa and loveseat, where everyone can gather to kick back and relax, watch the 55-in smart TV, or play one of the board games provided by us! The sliding glass door off the living room leads to the screened in patio and backyard. Your group will be able to sit down and enjoy meals together at the 6 person dining table, or choose to head outside for cocktail hour.

Bedrooms / Bathrooms
Both bedrooms feature comfortable mattresses, duvets and covers, professionally laundered sheets, 4 pillows for each bed, and extra blankets. We have taken additional care by placing mattress and pillow protectors on each bed that are 100% waterproof, bed bug proof, and hypoallergenic.
In our bathrooms, we provide towels, washcloths, and other toiletry/hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryer, Q-tips, cotton swabs, and bandaids.

The Master Bedroom features a King size bed, two nightstands, a dresser, and a desk for a designated working space. A 50-inch wall mounted TV is also included for your entertainment.
The Master Bathroom has a walk-in closet (with plenty of hangers for you heavy packers!), and a separate bathing area with bathtub and toilet.

The Guest Bedroom feature two (2) Full size beds, an end table, dresser, and 32-in TV. You will appreciate the walk-in closet, especially if you are sharing the bedroom space with several others!
The Guest Bathroom features a small shower, but rest-assured that it will get you just as clean as a larger shower, especially with all the shampoo, body wash, and soap that we provide! ;)

Laundry / Utility
Our utility area is equipped with full-size/front load washer and dyer, and we provide laundry pods and dryer sheets for your added convenience. The area also includes ironing board, iron, broom, swiffer, small vacuum, etc.

Screened-in Patio / Backyard
Perhaps our guests' favorite areas to relax and socialize is on the screened-in porch and backyard. We have a charcoal grill and some outdoor games for you to use during your stay. While our townhome (including screened-in patio) is NON-SMOKING, we don't mind if guests smoke in the backyard area as long as they are courteous and clean up their cigarette butts prior to departure.

Beach / Outdoor Gear
So that you have more room in your vehicle while traveling, we have provided six (6) folding chairs and an umbrella that can be used both in the backyard area or to take to the beach. We even have citronella candles to keep the bugs AWAY!! While bath towels are provided at The Lost Lobster townhouse, we do NOT provide beach towels, so be sure to pack some for your trip, or pick up a few at Alvin's Island or Walmart.

We provide additional toiletry and hygiene items such as shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, Q-tips, cotton swabs, and bandaids.
