About this apartment rental
A modern and ideally located vacation rental, between Penon and Bourdaines beaches, on the edge of the forest. Just a stone’s throw from the Seignosse Golf Course, downtown, and the beaches of Hossegor.
Very functional, equipped with Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms with walk-in closets, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a separate toilet, a living room with a comfortable sleeper sofa, and a fenced-in garden with a covered patio featuring outdoor furniture and a wooden deck with lounge furniture.
The property is brand-new, modern, and functional.
It features Wi-Fi and a lovely fenced-in outdoor area.
The bedrooms are spacious; one has a 160 x 200 bed and the other has two 90 x 200 beds.
There is a very comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room.
All nearby seaside resorts are accessible by bike.
Close to all amenities, shops, beaches, the water park, the skate park, and the golf course.
Beautiful forest walks accessible from the apartment.
Free parking spaces and one underground parking spot. Fenced yard with a gate that opens onto a trail.
Accessible parking spots in front of and behind the apartment.

The residence is quiet and secure.
The apartment must be cleaned before departure. You can opt for the cleaning service for 60 euros (in which case we still ask that you remove the sheets and leave the dishes clean).
Penon Beach is very lively in the summer. There’s a large water park, a skate park, bars, restaurants, and shops. There’s also a large performance hall at Bourdaines Beach.
Downtown Hossegor and Lake Hossegor are very close by, as is the Seignosse golf course; the port of Capbreton and Lake Veux-Boucau are just a few minutes away. All these locations are accessible via the bike path.
You can park for free outside the residence, and you’ll also have an underground parking space.
There are several bike rental shops nearby, and a bike storage area in the residence.
A bike path runs along the entire coast and passes close to the apartment.

Tout est réuni pour passer un séjour parfait!
Appartement neuf décoré avec beaucoup de goût très bien équipé avec jardin.
Localisation idéale au cœur de la forêt de Seignosse à 5 min à pied de la plage et des commerces.
Environnement proche très calme.
Communication très fluide avec Amélie.
