About this house rental
Our vacation home is located at Steingasse 3 in Oberwesel, right in the heart of the old town. Shops for daily necessities, public parking, and our own parking space are all within a 10-minute walk, and a restaurant and a pizzeria are just around the corner. The nearby Rhine bend is only 100 meters away. A small outdoor area with a grill and outdoor seating for up to 6 people is perfect for enjoying the fresh air on warm days.
On the first floor, you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen and a fully modernized bathroom.
On the first floor is the living room, featuring a spacious couch perfect for putting your feet up, a TV, an armchair, and a sideboard—everything you need. Behind it is a bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a fan for when it gets a bit warmer.
On the second floor, the “Panorama Room” awaits you. Through a large skylight—with two bar stools underneath—it offers a sweeping view of the vineyards and the Rhine, creating an atmosphere that will surely invite you to linger there with a good glass of wine. A radio that lets you choose your favorite music and tasteful decor round out the picture.
Behind it is the second bedroom, also equipped with a double bed and a fan. This room is available for groups of four or more. Children under 3 years of age stay free of charge, provided they sleep in their parents’ bed or, alternatively, you bring your own travel crib.
Another room for single occupancy is also located on the upper floor; this is available if you are traveling as a group of three or would like to stay in a single room for an additional fee.
The minimum stay is 4 nights.

Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Nur ein paar hundert Meter bis zum Zentrum und zum Rhein. Würden jederzeit wieder hier Urlaub machen.
Einziges Manko war der Vermittler FeWo direkt. Diese App wird bei mir gelöscht.

Der Kontakt mit dem Besitzer war super. Gute Erklärung zum Einchecken. Super Wohnung. Wir hatten 3 Fahrräder bei uns und sie konnten im Schuppen. Der externe Sitz war auch großartig, drei Häuser entfernt, aber für uns sicherlich kein Problem. Badezimmer auch prima. Und zum Fuss backerei wenig minuten.
