About this villa rental
Situated on La Torre Golf Resort, Paradise Palm Villa is one of the largest villas on the resort and has been further extended to the rear of the home to include separate dining area that seats 6. This villa is an extended 3 bed / 3 bath (all ensuite) detached villa on a corner plot with large garden and private pool (optional heating)
Paradise Palm has just been refurbished ( March 2022) to include 3 newly tiled bathrooms, dining room extension with bi-fold doors leading to a newly grey tiled patio area with large lawned garden and private pool.
The villa has just been furnished to an extremely high standard including 55" tv in the main living room and tv's to the 3 remaining bedrooms. The home has free internet access and british cable tv channels. Gas central heating is installed and a/c to main living room and all bedrooms.
The Kitchen is fully fitted and includes oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer and microwave. Bed Linen, towels provided and hairdryers and an Iron are provided. Travel cot and High Chair is also available.
MASTER BEDROOM (1st Floor): King size double bed, built in wardrobes, ceiling fan, tv and en-suite with walk in rainfall shower, toilet and vanity sink.. Separate air conditioning unit.There is also a balcony to the front and a sun terrace / solarium off this room to the rear.
BEDROOM 2 (Ground Floor): Twin beds that can be converted to Kingsize bed, built in wardrobes & ceiling fan, TV, with ensuite bathroom. The bathroom (refurbished 2022) consists of a walk-in rainfall shower, toilet and vanity sink. Separate air conditioning unit
BEDROOM 3 (1st Floor): Twin single beds, built in wardrobes and full en-suite with bath and shower over toilet and vanity unit. Separate air conditioning unit and tv
Your safety is our priority, so smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detector and fire extinguisher have been installed. A safe for personal possessions is also available.
To the rear of the villa which stands on a large corner plot is a heated swimming pool surrounded by tiled patio with 6 sun loungers and larger lawned garden area , ideal for the little ones to play.Please note, pool heating is optional and is charged at £20 night) and must be booked at least 7 days in advance. Pool is heated to 30 degrees
Only a few minutes walk to one of the Communal swimming pools & tennis courts. Other amenities on the resort include the Hotel, 18 hole golf course, supermarket, bars, restaurants and magnificent clubhouse. Many more restaurants and bars are a short drive.
La Torre Golf Resort has 17 communal pools, the nearest, one of the largest on the resort is just a few minutes walk. There are several play areas, outdoor gyms, table tennis, tennis courts as well as top class golf facilities. There are a variety of bars and restaurants on the resort and a 5 star Hilton Hotel with infinity pool and amenities.
The resort also has the advantage of being perfectly located between Murcia City Center and the coast, both just 20 minutes in either direction, so you’re never too far away from the beautiful Costa Calida beaches, large shopping malls and traditional Spanish cities.

Lovely property with great location to exit and roads for when we were out and about in the car. Lots of furniture for garden and lovely pool. Beautiful rooms and bathrooms. Air con max time 2 hours so did become warm at night if we didn’t go down and turn it on again

Paula & Mike are fantastic hosts. The villa is stunning inside & outside with everything you’ll need for a family holiday. We have been to La Torre many times and this is certainly the best villa we have stayed in. Absolutely 5 star.
