The apartment itself was very good. Very clean, all appliances you can ask for, comfortable bed. The shortcomings are: outdated building needs a major facelift, wifi is very lacking....I needed to use my phone as a hotspot.

Studio apartment in a large older building mixed with offices, apartments and a school (4th floor). pros and cons: cons: old, worn down bldg in run down neighborhood School, offices on same floor as apt-noisy Terrible WiFi connection, basically don’t rely on it Only 2 bath towels No extras in kitchen-just utensils and dishes, zero food/condiments-except 2 coffee pods and sugar packets. Pros Near metro station Near grocery store Washer/dryer in unit *Parking *the parking garage is convenient if you have a rental car, however you need the apt key and a parking pass card to get out, so it made for a tough check out-not sure how you would do it if you were alone! There needs to be a better check out process-a drop box in the lobby for keys/parking card. We never got an email with directions so we had to call the property manager who thankfully answered and met us at the building. Having a car made it more complicated!
