Unwind by the shared swimming pool (14 x 7 m, open June–September), enjoy a peaceful walk in the forest just 200 m away, or take a scenic bike ride through the lush surroundings. Visit the historic towns of Perugia and Cortona or explore the medieval towers and churches nearby. For a refreshing break, Lake Trasimeno is only 8 km away, perfect for swimming, boating, or a lakeside picnic.
The home is comfortably furnished with a cozy living room featuring a TV and a single sofa bed. A well-equipped kitchen lets you prepare simple meals, while heating keeps the interiors warm. De accommodatie is het best geschikt voor 2 volwassenen een een klein kind. Er is 1 slaapkamer waar je met zijn allen zou moeten slapen. Onze vierde persoon is in de woon/eetkamer met open keuken gaan slapen. De omgeving is mooi en een goede uitvalsbasis m.n. voor trip rond en op het meer, Perugia en Assisi (noord Umbria). Todi en Orvieto zijn ook redelijk te berijden. Het kleine zwemmeer raad ik (en de huisbaas) af. Faciliteiten voor zwemmen in Trasimeno zijn beperkt in de directe omgeving. Goed zwembad op het terrein. Zeer beperkte mobiele verbinding bij het huisje lekker rustig. Plannen voor boodschappen is nodig 20 minuten rijden (als je gewend bent aan de weg) voor een echt assortiment. Goed klein restaurant in Castel Rigone als je geen zin hebt om verder te berg af te rijden heerlijke pizza, maar vraag ook naar wat niet op het menu staat.
