EXCELLENT LOCATION, Pontile area, in a quiet street where you can hear the birds in the morning when you wake up, but close to all services (restaurants, shops, pharmacy, pastry shop) 5 minutes walk from the beach (400 meters).

Entrance into the kitchen / living room with single or double sofa bed, smart TV, WI FI, dishwasher, oven, air conditioning with remote control.
Sleeping area with 2 medium-sized bedrooms each with 2 beds, and the possibility of a cot for children with sides, 2 bathrooms (including 1 service bathroom with washing machine).
